
Relax, Reflect, Recharge: a workshop with Lelania Avila
Lelania will lead the group on a guided adventure : we start with getting quiet and meditative to open our listening hearts/minds. We will then gather some art/journaling supplies and have some indoor/outdoor doodling/journaling time, then some gentle movement and a mindful walk to the sea, more arting, and then back for a closing, reflective circle.
